This one turned out so cute! I paired a fine-wale corduroy with a lovely rainbow striped woven cotton. Bodice is fully lined. Purple straps are wide with decorative scalloped topstitching, and lace down the backside through 3 sets of orange loops for an adjustable fit. Gently gathered "skirting" drapes very nicely. The applique is a fish applique and has been heat fused, and tightly satin stitched to last. I made the straps so that they can also be worn tied in the front at the waist for a more fitted look. Girlie and unique!
Please note: This top is a little too big for me in the pics, and will look better on a 34 inch bust and upwards
